About this piece

The Picasso Driftwood Tree is a climbing tree made from real, natural driftwood branches, shaped into a sculpture your cats will love to live in. Every piece of wood is chosen by hand, so no two trees are alike. The one you receive is completely unique.

Rounded, cloud-shaped platforms are set at different heights like a staircase, so cats of all ages can climb, jump and explore at their own pace. At the top, two deep cup beds give them a safe, high place to curl up, nap and watch the room. The posts are wrapped in natural rope for scratching, which helps keep claws off your sofa. Little hanging toys add some fun.

Everything sits on a wide, free-form carpeted base that keeps the tree stable and gives it its organic, tree-like look. It's a natural, eye-catching piece that fits beautifully into modern, rustic or minimalist homes.

Care instructions

Vacuum regularly. Vacuum the carpeted platforms, beds and base once or twice a week to remove fur and litter. A lint roller or rubber pet-hair brush works well on the cup beds.
Spot clean only. Clean small marks with a damp cloth and a mild, pet-safe soap, then blot dry. Do not soak the carpet or use harsh chemicals, bleach or strong-smelling cleaners, as these can put cats off.
Wipe the driftwood. Dust the branches with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Keep water off the wood as much as you can and let it dry fully if it gets wet.
Rope posts. Brush loose fibres off the scratching posts now and then. Some fraying is normal and shows your cat is using them.
Check it regularly. Every few weeks, check that platforms and branches are secure and haven't loosened. Contact us if anything needs attention.
Keep it indoors and dry. Place the tree away from damp areas, radiators and constant direct sunlight, which can fade the carpet and dry out the wood.
Stable placement. Stand the tree on a flat, level floor, ideally near a wall or window for extra stability and a view your cat will enjoy.
