Shipping & Returns

Because our pieces range from small scratchers to large multi-level cat trees, we quote delivery per order rather than charging a flat rate at checkout.

After you send an order request, our team confirms the delivery cost to your exact address, the final price and payment details by email. You only pay once you have confirmed everything.

Smaller items (scratchers, bowls, perches) typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Larger cat trees and playhouses usually arrive within 3–10 business days.

We ship worldwide. International and remote deliveries may take a little longer; we always give you a delivery window when we confirm your order.

If your cat gives a piece the cold shoulder, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

To start a return, email orders@purrfectplayhouse.com with your order number. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s cost.

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault under normal use, contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace or refund, in line with applicable consumer protection laws.

Every piece also carries a 12-month workmanship warranty covering joints, mounts and finishes.
