This website does not process payments. Submitting the order form creates an order request: a request for us to confirm availability, delivery cost, final price and payment details.

A binding sale is only formed once we confirm those details in writing and you accept and pay. Prices shown on the site are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Many of our pieces are handmade from natural materials such as driftwood, so the piece you receive may differ slightly from the photos in shape, grain and colour. This is part of what makes each one unique.

Because every piece is made in small batches, stock can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after your request, we will offer an alternative, a made-to-order timeframe, or a full cancellation — your choice.

Delivery costs are quoted to your address and confirmed before payment. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; please inspect items on arrival and report transit damage within 48 hours with photos.

Our 30-day change-of-mind returns and 12-month workmanship warranty are described on the Shipping & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
