How does ordering work if you don’t take payment online?

Add items to your cart and submit an order request with your delivery details. Our team emails you to confirm availability, the delivery cost to your address, the final price and payment options. You only pay once everything is confirmed — nothing is charged online.

Where do you deliver?

We ship worldwide. Delivery costs depend on the item size and your destination, which is why we confirm the exact cost with you before payment.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days for smaller items and 3–10 business days for large cat trees and playhouses. We confirm a delivery window when we finalise your order.
